One of the best things I have ever done in therapy has been our men’s group. As much as I would like for it to be ongoing, it only comes around once a year. In 2023, we will offer a men's weekend intensive. Stay tuned for more information on this as to where and when.
The guys who come to this group range from men who want to improve their family relationships to guys challenged with addiction, sexuality and anger. While there is no one-size-fits-all, guys have said one of the greatest gifts became the relationships they formed in the group and the realization that no one is alone.
